On Thursday, March 4, 2001, eleven (11) men left Hawkinsville for a 6-hour ride to North Carolina. The work team spent all day Friday and Saturday working on a home near Kenansville. On Sunday the team packed up and left, and attended church on the way back home.
The work team pulled the new Disaster Relief Trailer full of supplies that were donated by church members and friends. It was the first trip out for the trailer and it sure was nice.
